Dr Khadija Owusu is an award-winning Leader, International Speaker and Doctor. She is the Founder of AKAYA, Director of Programmes at Melanin Medics, EDI Board Member at Elizabeth Garrett Anderson School and Ambassador at GUBA-Enterprise.

Betty is a dedicated post-graduate law student, English tutor, and passionate member of AKAYA. Her work revolves around environmental sustainability, female empowerment, and language learning, demonstrating her commitment to make a difference. 

Currently studying law, Candy is a social projects consultant and has volunteered with several organisations in implementing social initiatives centered on gender development, GBV and civil education. She also works as an events compère.

An enthusiastic medical doctor who has a strong commitment to expanding access to healthcare for underserved populations. Dr Odoi has devoted her career to the cause of social justice and access to affordable healthcare. Using best practices and faith-based approaches, she has collaborated with numerous NGOs.

Anselm is a graduate of Ghana Communication University Technology and a Young African Leaders Initiative fellow. He is passionate about utilizing technology to foster development in rural Africa and beyond, while advocating for the Sustainable Development Goals. Anselm dedicates his time to volunteering with NGOs, where he focuses on developing sustainable solutions for African communities.

Maud is a remarkable young lady, whose passion for sustainability, technology, and women's empowerment drives her to actively contribute to various initiatives and organisations, embodying a profound sense of responsibility and leadership. Maud's exceptional intellect, articulate communication style, and unwavering commitment to positive change make her an invaluable asset, fostering deep connections and inspiring meaningful impact wherever she goes.

Benedict is a social media enthusiast who utilises his platform to boost the voices of others. He is passionate about ensuring equal opportunities are available and is currently studying his Masters in the UK on Plant Health.

Della is a graduate of the University of Ghana and a former UNFPA Youth Leaders Fellow with a robust background in community engagement, youth empowerment, project management, and human resource optimization. Recognized for driving impactful initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships, She loves to volunteer and is deeply passionate about advancing human rights, particularly for children, girls, and women, and champions inclusive development practices through innovative strategies and collaborative efforts.
